WeCanna

A grow-your-own token, in plain sight.

Earn CxC by watching ads, hold it on a transparent ledger, and — if you want — move it on-chain. Here's exactly how the whole thing works. No mystery, no hype.

What it is

WeCanna in one paragraph

WeCanna is a cannabis-themed rewards platform. You earn a token called CxC by spending time with the app — mainly by watching ads in timed sessions we call Proof of View. Your CxC lives on an internal ledger called CannaChain, and it's backed by a real reserve at a set floor price. If you'd rather hold it as a real blockchain token, you can bridge it to on-chain CxC on the Polygon network. That's the whole idea — earn it, hold it, and move it if you choose.

Proof of View: how you earn CxC

Instead of burning electricity like traditional crypto mining, WeCanna "mining" just means watching ads for a set amount of time. Advertisers pay to be seen; you earn CxC for the attention. It's that simple.

1

Start a session

Tap Mine. A 30-minute session begins and an ad plays. Your daily window starts on your first session of the day.

2

Let it run

The timer counts down on our servers, so it stays accurate even if you switch tabs. When it finishes, your reward is ready.

3

Claim your CxC

Claim the session to add CxC to your balance. You get up to 30 free sessions in each 24-hour window, which resets automatically.

4

Go further with boosters

Once you've used your 30 free sessions, boosters add more sessions on top so you can keep earning that day. They're an optional purchase — never required, and your free sessions always come back the next day.

Where CxC lives

Two places your CxC can be

This is the part people find confusing, so here it is plainly. There are two versions of CxC, and they're kept deliberately separate.

1. Internal CxC (the CannaChain ledger)

This is what you earn from mining. It lives on our own internal ledger — think of it like points in an account. It's free to earn, and it's redeemable against the reserve at a floor price (more on that below). It is not traded on any open exchange.

2. On-chain CxC (a real token on Polygon)

This is a standard ERC-20 token on the public Polygon blockchain. Its contract address is 0x1Fa57c803Bc14cF3D6d8A9EAf4f3A4E7B1Dd09C3. If you want to hold CxC in your own crypto wallet, you can bridge internal CxC to on-chain CxC.

The bridge between them

Moving CxC from the internal ledger to on-chain is done through a manual, record-kept bridge. We're honest about this: it isn't an instant automated swap. When you bridge, your internal CxC is locked, and the matching on-chain tokens are sent from our treasury wallet, with the transaction recorded. We do it this way so every movement is deliberate and traceable, and so no private keys ever sit on the web server.

The important part

How the reserve actually works

A rewards token is only meaningful if it's backed by something real. Here's exactly how our reserve works — including its limits. We'd rather you trust us because we told you the truth than wonder what we're hiding.

The honest version

  • There's a floor, in dollars. 1 CxC is redeemable for a set dollar amount (currently $0.01). That floor is the promise the reserve is built to keep.
  • Backing counts only real, outside assets. The reserve is measured by external holdings — USDC and POL (and optionally a PayPal USD balance). We do not count our own CxC treasury as backing, because a token backing itself is circular and would give you a false sense of safety.
  • Coverage is a simple ratio. We divide the value of those external assets by the total value of all redeemable CxC at the floor. A ratio of 1.0 or higher means every redeemable CxC is fully covered.
  • Redemptions are guarded, on purpose. Redeeming is only allowed while coverage stays healthy, and there are per-user daily caps. This is deliberate: it makes it impossible for the reserve to be drained below what actually backs it.
  • The treasury is liquidity, not a guarantee. Our CxC treasury helps provide depth above the floor, but it is explicitly excluded from the backing math. Only outside assets count.

In short: the floor is backed by assets we don't control the printing of, the math excludes anything circular, and redemptions are capped so the system can't be emptied. That's the whole mechanism. If coverage ever isn't healthy, redemptions pause rather than pretending everything's fine.

Spending & buying

The Market

Everything you can buy lives in one place — the Market.

Boosters

Add extra mining sessions to your day. Optional, one-time buys. Pay by card or with crypto (USDC/POL).

POL gas

POL is the small network fee needed to move CxC on-chain. Top up so your on-chain transfers go through.

Card payments are handled securely by PayPal — you can pay with a debit or credit card without needing a PayPal account. We never see or store your card details.

What CxC is — and isn't

⚠ Not an investment. Not financial advice.

CxC is a rewards token for using the WeCanna platform. It is not a security, a share, or an investment product, and buying boosters or POL is not investing. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice. The redemption floor is what the reserve is designed to hold, but the value of any token can change, and you should never spend money you can't afford to. Don't treat CxC as a way to make money — treat it as points you earn for your time. If you're unsure, talk to a qualified professional. WeCanna is a platform for earning and using CxC, nothing more.

Common questions

FAQ

Is WeCanna free?

Yes. Earning CxC by mining is completely free. Boosters and POL gas are optional purchases; you never have to buy anything to use the platform.

Do I need a crypto wallet?

No. You can earn and hold CxC entirely on our internal ledger without ever touching a blockchain. A wallet is only needed if you choose to bridge CxC on-chain.

Can I cash out?

Internal CxC is redeemable against the reserve at the floor price, subject to the coverage and daily-cap guards described above. It is not traded on open exchanges by us.

Why is the bridge manual?

So every on-chain movement is deliberate and recorded, and so no wallet private keys ever live on the web server. We chose safety and traceability over instant automation, and we'd rather be upfront about it.

Is this a scam?

We built this page specifically so you can judge for yourself. The reserve counts only outside assets, excludes anything circular, and caps redemptions so it can't be drained. We tell you what CxC is and isn't. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you spend a cent.
